About the Conference
 
This conference will bring together innovative leaders to provide greater attention, definition and legitimacy to social enterprise in Latin America. We intend to share practical lessons learned and encourage regional exchange of common experience among social enterprise practitioners and their supporters in Latin America.

The Conference will include round-table paper presentations, learning by sharing sessions and technical assistance provided through training sessions on relevant social enterprise topics such as business plan development, strategic, financial and human resource management, marketing strategy, social capital, and networking. The topics for the technical assistance sessions will be determined based on the indications of interest of the NGO’s at the time of registration. The sessions will be led by the, top University of Michigan Business School faculty, experts and top intellectuals.
